By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. AuroSmart is a smart home installation business based in George, Garden Route, real homes.
AuroSmart provides smart home consultation, product supply, installation, networking, and ongoing support services. All services are subject to availability and a site assessment may be required before installation.
All prices on our website and quotes are in real homesn Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. A site assessment fee of R650 applies and is deductible from the final installation cost.
Payment terms are specified on each invoice. A deposit may be required before installation begins. Payment can be made via EFT to our provided banking details. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Nova-branded products carry a 2-year warranty. All installation workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. Third-party products carry their respective manufacturer warranties. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, power surges, or unauthorized modifications.
AuroSmart is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.
We primarily serve George, Wilderness, Sedgefield, Knysna, Plettenberg Bay and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for locations outside George.

AuroSmart designs systems with privacy by default. Smart home data (device states, camera footage, automation logs) is stored locally on your home server, not in the cloud. We do not have access to your home system data unless you explicitly grant it for support purposes.
